# Zenrows Pricing

Zenrows charges in credits, not dollars: you only pay for successful requests. One credit is a standard successful page; harder work draws more from the same balance. Every plan includes every primitive (Fetch, Extract, Batch, Browser) and every interface (REST API, CLI, MCP server, SDKs), on one shared credit balance.

Failed requests are never charged. Not Found (404) and Gone (410) responses count as successful results.

Annual billing pays for 10 months and gets 12 (2 months free, shown on the site as "Save 17%"). Monthly prices are billed month to month; annual prices are the monthly-equivalent rate when billed yearly.

## How usage is measured

Every request draws from one shared credit balance, regardless of which primitive or interface you call.

| Request type | Credit cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard request | 1 | A normal, successful page |
| JavaScript rendering | 5 | Dynamic pages rendered in a headless browser |
| Premium proxy | 10 | Residential-network routing for protected sites |
| JavaScript rendering + premium proxy | 25 | Both together, for hard-protected dynamic pages |
| Residential bandwidth | 25,000 / GB | Flat rate; roughly 1,000 hard-protected pages |
| Browser | Bandwidth + 5/minute | Bandwidth cost plus a flat per-minute session charge |

Extract is currently free on top of the Fetch request it uses. Batch bills at the same per-request rate as Fetch.

## Billing FAQ

**How is pricing calculated?**
You spend credits, not dollars, so you only pay for the work you actually run. One credit is a standard successful page. Harder work draws more from the same balance: JavaScript rendering costs 5 credits, premium proxies 10, and both together 25. Residential bandwidth draws a flat 25,000 credits per GB (about 1,000 hard-protected pages), and Browser bills bandwidth plus a flat 5 credits per minute of session time. Every plan runs off one credit balance.

**Do you charge for failed requests?**
Never. You only spend credits on successful requests. Not Found (404) and Gone (410) responses count as successful results.

**Do you offer discounts?**
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free (pay for 10, get 12) and the full year's credit allowance up front. Enterprise plans are priced on committed volume.

**What happens if I hit my monthly limit?**
You're warned before you reach it. On a paid plan you can add extra credits (top-ups) any time to keep running, up to ten times per billing period, and unused top-up credits roll into the next billing period once, then expire. On Free there are no top-ups: you wait for the next monthly refresh or upgrade to a paid plan. Either way, no lost data or configuration.

**Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?**
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with billing adjusted accordingly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties, no hidden fees.

**What are concurrent requests?**
Concurrency is how many requests run at the same time. The limit scales with your plan, so larger plans run more jobs in parallel.

**How does protected access work?**
Same primitives, same API. Set the protection level and Zenrows routes through the right stack (residential network, fingerprinting, retries, the recovery engine) so your code doesn't change between an open page and a hard-protected one.

**Does Zenrows work with Claude, Cursor, and Codex?**
Yes. The Agent Toolkit ships an MCP server, a CLI, and SDKs that connect to Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, and any MCP-compatible client. Every primitive is exposed as a tool, with auth built in.

**Do you offer SLAs and enterprise security?**
Yes, on Enterprise: an SLA, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, dedicated account management, premium support, and quarterly business reviews.
