# Partner Terms > The terms of the Zenrows partner program: 35% recurring for twelve months, the sales-assisted rate, attribution, payment, clawback, eligibility and termination. ## Partner Terms Version 1 · September 2026 These terms govern the Zenrows partner program: the five doors described on the [partners page](https://www.zenrows.com/partners) , and the one application that leads to all of them. All five are referral. Zenrows owns the customer relationship and sends the invoice; the partner is paid for bringing the customer. ## COMMISSION 35% of net recognised revenue from referred accounts, recurring for 12 months from the account's first paid charge. The rate is the same in every country and through every door, and it is uncapped on self-serve. Sales-assisted deals, meaning anything that requires a quote, a contract, a security review or a vendor assessment, are compensated at 15% of year-one recognised revenue, paid quarterly in arrears over the first year and subject to a per-deal ceiling. Partners at the Featured tier receive 40% on self-serve. Featured is entered on €2,000 of active referred revenue sustained for three consecutive months, and reverts to the standard rate if the revenue falls below that threshold. Customers referring peers receive Zenrows credits in place of cash, on both sides of the referral, and only after the referred account has paid an invoice that cleared. After 12 months the commission ends. There is no declining tail. ## ATTRIBUTION Last click, with a 90-day cookie. Deals that arrive through Talk to Sales are credited manually, provided the partner registered the account in advance. ## REGISTRATION AND CONFLICT A partner may register a named account. The registration holds for 90 days. If the account is already in an active Zenrows sales cycle at the time of registration, the direct team retains it and the partner is informed within two business days. ## PAYMENT Commission is paid monthly in arrears, after the referred charge has cleared and passed a 30-day hold. The minimum payout is €50; balances below that roll over to the following month. The partner supplies valid invoicing details and is responsible for their own tax position. ## CLAWBACK No commission is payable on an account that churns within 60 days of its first payment. Commission already paid on such an account may be recovered from future balances. ## ARTEFACT FEES Fees for commissioned work are separate from commission and stack on top of it. They are agreed in writing before the work starts, and paid on delivery and acceptance against a valid invoice, 30 days from receipt. Acceptance is measured against the published checklist on the [partners page](https://www.zenrows.com/partners) , not against editorial preference. There is one revision round. If an artefact fails after revision, a 50% kill fee is paid and the work is not published with Zenrows attribution. ## CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP The partner owns what they publish. Zenrows receives a perpetual licence to reuse and syndicate it with attribution. Zenrows has no editorial control over conclusions and may correct only factual errors about the product. The commercial relationship must be disclosed in the format the platform requires. ## ELIGIBILITY AND EXCLUSIONS No commission is payable on: - Self-referrals, or referrals of a partner's own company; - Accounts that churn inside 60 days of their first payment; - Accounts already in an active Zenrows sales cycle at the time of registration; - Traffic from coupon, deal, voucher or discount-aggregator sites. Bidding on Zenrows brand terms in paid search is not permitted. Zenrows employees are not eligible for commission. Competitors and their employees are not eligible. Partners in sanctioned jurisdictions are not eligible. ## RESALE Reselling Zenrows and invoicing an end client requires a separate written agreement and is out of scope under these terms. ## RESERVED RIGHTS Zenrows may in future offer partners a revenue share on templates or workflows they author. Nothing in these terms grants or forecloses that. ## TERMINATION Either party may end the relationship with 30 days' notice, in writing.
