CRO Specialist

Lead CRO in one of the fastest-growing startups in Europe and define the future of the democratisation of data. ZenRows helps developers across dozens of countries, secured €1.1 million in funding, and is already profitable.

We’re looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization specialist who desires to have the entire internet as a playground. Is it you? 🫵

👩‍💻 Main responsibilities:

• Amplify the impact of all teams by running experiments on the web, blog, product and so on. You’re encouraged to touch everything.
• Build an optimisation roadmap.
• Own an experimentation backlog that works across functions and areas.
• Create processes and guidelines, and document learnings, on the go.

😍 We’re looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of CRO experience.
• Proven full-funnel and cross-channel experience. You like to be at the intersection and are crazy about that. Not just website, not just web app.
• Coding experience with approximately a medium level in one programming language (e.g., Python) and SQL.
• Manages a broad CRO tool suit: Web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel or another), dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau or another), data warehouse (BigQuery or similar), A/B testing (Optimizely or another). The know-how is far more important than the specific tool.
• Feels good with the idea of interacting with users directly.
• Works autonomously and as a team.
• You have worked at a startup before for at least a full year.
• Experience working 100% remotely.
• Passion about solving real problems for real people. We’re looking for someone who’s truly passionate about what we do and how we help our users.
• Owned A/B experiments.
• Wants to be an essential bridge between Growth teams and IT.
• If you’ve worked on a product with an API, that’s a plus.
• If you have some web scraping knowledge, that’s a plus.
